If you’re craving time in nature, a space to let go, laugh, move, and feel free in your body—you’re in the right place.
This session is your chance to step out of your head and back into your self. It’s not about looking perfect or performing. It’s about being seen, being celebrated, and having fun doing it.
With over a decade of experience in embodiment, shadow work, and creative expression, I’ve learned that true transformation doesn’t come from trying harder—it comes from softening, trusting, and letting your wild joy in.
You don’t need to prepare. You just need to show up. I’ll take care of the rest.
